Its actually a good essay about IKEA on how it uses cost leadership strategy to remain competitive in the market, personally I find it is very useful.

This essay is contains reasonable information about marketing, but in my point of view the concept of marketing mix could be explained more: such as what information are needed by a company to develop a competitive marketing mix (4P's of marketing).
