From the title I expected an argument, about the subject matter, citations from literature, citations from modern psychologist etc. The lack of any mention of classic literature leaves the reader wondering if the writer has ever read any.

This was an interesting piece about a perception of shopping malls. If you mention the largest mall in America several times, you should probably also mention it's name and location. Very few grammatical errors.

The Line "It happened maybe two or three years ago. The day is very clear in my memory" is somewhat contradictory. If the day is very clear in memory, the indifference in 2 or 3 years shouldn't be a maybe.... Now if it was 10 or 12 years, 20 or 25 it would be more likely that the day was clear in memory but not the year.
