    Well, interesting, but I do not quite understand the use of this essay, it does not pick on any issues associated with public elementary schools nor does it come up with any ground braking solutions for problems other schools have. At some areas you are very specific like " at least 3 computers" but at others you just say something like " before and after school program " and dont go into any further detail.
