The recognition of Manglish should be considered by other countries and governments not only Malaysia. As you know, the impact of a "new" language in a country like Malaysia might result in marketing requirements, in addition to other aspects, that would need businesses to react accordingly (new books, manuals, software, etc.)I would suggest that the aim be to reduce number of languages (see India's governmental approach) rather than increase.
