  • Can't blame the guy

I agree this is the infamous racial stereotyping that should burn for infinity, but hey, what can you possibly expect? There are 'ungodly' and 'repulsive' sides to every culture in every nation in this world. It's only natural to deject what one doesn't not know.Keir, you may not have thought of this, but you may very likely possess some habits or occasionally perform certain actions that the Chinese find distasteful and disgraceful as well. Blowing your nose in public is a big one, and frantic hand gesturing with spit-wads flying every which way is also popular.I do, however, appreciate (honestly, I do) your effort in touching on topics such as this. It might be bad attention, but at least someone's daring enough to say what they feel.

  • Strong Argument

There's no debating over this one. Very well structured. Could perhaps consider revising some of the 'personality' in the essay, and maybe think 'concise' more often. Excellent otherwise.

  • Great!

Really excellent essay. Argues the point quite effectively. A good essay for anyone (myself included) that needs a strong counter-thesis to the oh-so-popular essay question of "Canada's Contribution to WWII".

  • Excellent point

If I remember correctly, "Never was so much owed by so many to so few", was the speech Churchill gave somewhere around the time of the Battle of Britain. RCAF soldiers really did play a crucial part to the outcome of many battles in the war. It's great to see an essay that enunciates this point so clearly.Great job on the excellent essay.

  • Great Essay

Recently, I've been doing some laid back research concerning accounts of valour and bravery in WWII. I couldn't help but notice that many nations and soldiers who participated in the war receive far less than their fair share of recognition. I think it's wonderful that there are still people out their who take the time to honour the brave departed. After all, "Lest we forget".

  • Bad essay, but decent news report

This "essay" needs some work in terms of coherence and logical organization. Perhaps a thesaurus would be helpful as well. Otherwise, decent.

  • Excellent

One of the best I've seen so far on this site. This essay is provocative and quite intelligent (something you don't see all that often anymore).Canadian history, especially Canadian history during the two WWs, is often overshadowed by the accomplishments of this American advancement or that British brigade; however, this essay does a very good job of proving the importance of Canada to the development of the modern world as we know it.Excellent, once again.
