Descartes
This great man has enourmous influence in France, even today. It is a great honour to tell someone that they follow the Descates way of thinking. In my opinion this essay is avarage as is seems incomplete. There is a mention of the phylosopher and who he influences, but that is about it. It does not go on deeper behind the way of thinking and how it influences life in the world today.
