    I think you should try to word some things differently. Some of the sentences don't really make sense. You should also consider putting this in a category other than creative writing.

    Overall, the essay was pretty good. The sentences in the first paragraph are rather abrubt, so you may want to consider editing them. Since it's a biography, you may want to talk more about his life and a little less about his work.
