Aerobics began in the late 1960s; it didn't explode until the late 1980s. More than 24 million people participate in aerobics. The benefits of aerobics include increased cardiopulmonary efficiency, strengthened heart and lungs, improved circulation, lower cholesterol levels, and stress and anxiety reduction.

Aerobics means with air or oxygen. You should be able to carry in a short conversation with aerobic. If you are gasping for air during a conversation you are probably working anaeriobically. When you work anaeriobically, you will tire faster and are more likely to experience sore muscles after exercise is over.

These are some of the benefits of aerobicsexercise:

v Increased resistance to fatigue and extra energy.

v Toned muscles and increased lean body mass.

v Decrease tension and aid in sleeping.

v By ecological benefits- exercise improves mood, reduces depression and anxiety.

Aerobics exercise is an activity that uses large muscle group; can be maintained continuously for a long period of time.

Aerobics involved quick lateral movements, and a lot of jumping and leaping for long periods of time. So therefore, proper care of the foot plays are a crucial part in keeping the entire body fit to endure the "pain" that precedes the "gain" of physique and efficient heart and respiratory.

The bottom line is when is when undertaking an aerobic dance program is to be careful and responsible. Chances are a successful aerobics regimen will bring out the body you've always dreamed of, and a better feeling about yourself both physically and mentally.
