Erin Brockovich and Diane Fossey Comparative EssayIntroduction:Erin Brockovich and Diane Fossey are two well known and extraordinary women who were both very passionate about the individual issues they faced in their society. They both felt very strongly about the issues and fought for them with passion. The issue that Erin Brockovich faced was to fight a company called PG&E. This company knew that their facility in the town of Hinkley, California was contaminating the ground water with high levels of chromium, and the company tried to cover this up. ... whos lives were affected and changed forever all because of the stupid move of the big company PG&E. However Diane was somewhat successful because she was able to save some of the mountain gorillas form being poached. If she hadnt been so devoted to her mountain then all the animals might have been killed. Also, like Erin, Diane was able to spread awareness. She let many people know of this sad and dangerous issue. Her story was broadcasted over the news across the world. The reason I believe that Erin was more successful is because she was able to actually stop this company, where as Diane wasnt fully able to stop animal poaching.
