However, making decision is not the task that anybody can handle, especially when it has relation to a country's development. Hence, as in many other countries, Vietnamese governors are now having to face a lot of difficulties in making momentous decisions on developing our country. The 3 most urgent of them are the change in University Entrance Exam's process, how to react to China's claim on Vietnam's Spratly and Paracel Islands and the increase in salary of laborers.

Have you ever been a situation where you have to make a decision of different choices? From my viewpoint, to decide how to benefit yourself is undeniably not easy, but more than that. To decide how to satisfy over ninety million people is excessively difficult.

Over many years, Vietnamese government have passed a crisis period to find out an effective approach to enhance citizen's life. Three options are made by Vietnamese government are the change in University Entrance Exam's process, how to react to China's claim on Vietnam's Spratly and Paracel Islands and the increase in salary of laborers.

Vietnam is a developing country with plenty of hindrances needing to be overcome such as the affects from the World economy crisis, the disputable policies established by a divergent government, the cheap labour due to inefficient education. Hence, in the process of solving these issues, our government had to encounter quite a lot difficulties in making momentous decisions.
