Computer Edges was established in 2006 with the vision of becoming a very profitable computer company by offering the best computer system and superior customer service in the markets we serve. In doing so, Computer Edges, will meet customer expectations of best quality, best technology, competitive pricing, individual and company accountability, and best in service and support. . As a result, consumers will reward us with leadership sales, profit, and value creation, allowing our people, our shareholders to prosper. Therefore, our mission is to continue providing our customers with the highest quality products and services that they need and deserve.

Our company has recently passed its one-year mark and things will get better since we plan to continue investing in R&D. In addition, through market research, data analysis and company improvements, Computer Edges have identified its strengths and weaknesses to prepare for a better future.

Our goals include investing in R&D to foster company growth, maintaining a high cash position, and increasing gross profit margins by lowering our production costs and sustaining consumer demand.

Right now, we have $ 3,876,531 in cash. So we plan to use some of that money towards R&D. In addition, Computer Edges will get well performances by increasing its market share, establishing brand awareness, a higher level of customer satisfaction and other benefits. Thus, we want to invest in the future of Computer Edges as much as possible so we can get ahead of the competition.

Thus, this strategic plan leads the way. It renews our vision and strategic focus: adding value to our target market segments which are the Workhorse and Mercedes. It will also provide the step by step plan for improving our sales, gross margin, and profitability.
