My Technology Recommendation Paper

In February 2010, Program Operations was looking into upgrading technologically through the purchase of new financial system that will manage, integrate and modernize HUD's financial management systems. This new financial system would enhance the organizations ability to meet the programs needs and contractual requirements faster and accurately. The financial system that the organization currently has gets the job done but at a slower pace. Much of the software is over fifteen years old and the system cannot identify the new financial codes.
