Vedior Marketing Plan
Inleiding Vedior NV is een dienstverlenende organisatie. Naast de uitzenddiensten beheert Vedior NV ook schoonmaakdiensten en diverse diensten zoals merk en modelbescherming Markgraaf en opleidingen, FAA.
In dit verslag wordt alleen de uitzendbranche belicht. Vedior NV is in Nederland namelijk zeer actief in uitzendwerk. Ook in het buitenland bekleden zij op dit gebied een steeds belangrijkere rol.
Vedior staat in Nederland in de top drie van uitzendbureaus. In het buitenland staat Vedior op de vierde plaats. Hieraan kan men dus al zien dat Vedior een bloeiend bedrijf is. Bij Vedior staat het behouden van dit marktaandeel en het eventueel laten groeien van dit marktaandeel voorop.
Vedior bemiddelt tussen werkgever en werknemer. Vedior heeft jarenlange ervaring in het bemiddelen tussen vraag en aanbod op elk segment van de arbeidsmarkt. In de afgelopen 50 jaar is Vedior uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende intermediair op het gebied van flexibel werk. Dankzij de moderne wijze van zoeken van Vedior is Vedior in staat om de juiste persoon op de juiste plaats te krijgen. Vedior maakt werk van het talent van de uitzendkrachten.
Missie: Vedior streeft naar een zo groot mogelijke professionaliteit. Klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en effectiviteit zijn belangrijke kernpunten van Vedior.
Hoofdstuk 1 Zoals al eerder genoemd is Vedior een dienstverlenend bedrijf. In dit eerste hoofdstuk geven we een situatie- analyse van Vedior als geheel. In de daaropvolgende hoofdstukken zullen we ons beperken tot de uitzendactiviteiten van Vedior.
1.1 Huidige positie van Vedior Vedior behoort tot de top drie van de beste uitzendbureaus in Nederland. Internationaal staan zij op de vierde plaats. Vedior is van plan hun huidige beleid op dezelfde manier voort te zetten en eventueel, mocht dit nodig zijn, aan te passen. Het doel van Vedior is om de top drie positie van beste uitzendbureaus in Nederland te behouden. Eventueel willen zij nog een plaatsje stijgen.
