Job interviews are one of those occasions where we are supposed to speak highly and favorably about ourselves in a social situation. When an employer asks us that question, we want to respond with an answer that makes them feel as if they'd be missing out or would hinder their company by not hiring us. Interview gives us self confidence as well as tendency to speak and express ourselves in front of the interviewer. There are certain preparations which we need to do before hand to impress the person.
I always tend to do some research before I go for an interview, such as knowing the institute in and out, having some information about the president of the place etc. My first key strategy is to uncover interviewer's greatest wants and needs before I answer questions. My approach would be: "I have a number of accomplishments I'd like to tell you about, but I want to make the best use of our time together and talk directly to your needs.
To help me do, that, could you tell me more about the most important priorities of this position?" Because all I know is that, the position I am working is as a Dental assistant/receptionist and the main motive that I am hired for.
I tend to be organized which makes me closer to the requirement of the position; I am punctual at time which shows that I would be finishing the work given on time or before time. Most importantly I am a fresh talent with straight forward mind which knows what I am doing. If a beginner is given a right chance to prove themselves, they won't let you down most of the times.
