The analysis is written pretty well, but towards the end when you write that Japan should change its way of doing business in order to succeed seems to be a difficult task, it would require a change in their culture. And as we all know, culture is deeply rooted and not easily moved. I think the paper would have been better if you provided a side in which how the way Japanese does business is advantageous, after all there is always two sides to a coin.
