In an analysis of bench marking practices - some reference to business theories would have made for a better academic standing for this paper.

Subjective case analysis is quite good however the financial analysis part is missing which weakens the analysis as no reference is made to financial standing or ratios.

over all I like the content of the article however in order for the analysis to be complete there should have been some comments about the other end of the spectrum i.e. what is wirn with JIT. This articles only emphasizes the good and gives reader no idea about the bad , hence is skewed.

I found that the content was written very well, additionally the organization was very user friendly. I personally favour the point system of case analysis and the highlights of the key areas. Reference to actual case content are also very good.

A good overview - uses Tyco case as an example however doe snot provide a brief overview of the case for unfamiliar reader so examples can be better understood.
