EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Serving the Connecticut shoreline from Branford to Old Lyme for over 20 years, Grossman's Chevrolet & Nissan (GCN) is strategically located just off of interstate 95.

(GCN) is committed to staying current with the latest certifications, technology and trends in the automotive repair industry while utilizing the most advanced tools, equipment and techniques. (GCN) not only repairs there customers vehicle's they do work for 4 local dealers that do not have collision repair services. In 2010 this collision center generated $1.2 mil in sales.

The shop currently has two spray booths which are fully utilized. The new booth is a new state of the art US Italia downdraft to accommodate water. This booth will be completed by January 30, 2011. (GCN) growth rate will exceed 8% the first year as production will improve by 4 additional cars per day being painted.

Plans for a second painter to added mid year will improve production as well

(GCN) is affiliated with multiple insurance companies Direct Repair Programs (DRP) and has an impeccable reputation with both customers and insurance carriers alike.

(GCN) employees are all ASE and I-CAR certified. These commitments are what allows this organization to stay competitive to take advantage of opportunities for growth within their servicing market area..

BACKGROUND

(GCN) has been serving the Connecticut Shoreline for over 20 years. They are only 20 minutes from New Haven and Middletown. Company President Jon Grossman has been in the car business since the late 60's with BMW and Mercedes.
