Violation of the Amendments

After the 9/11 attacks many people in the United States where left with terror and fear, as well as retaliation for those that caused it including violating the United Sates Constitution. Al-Qaeda a Muslim terrorist group responsible for the 9/11 attacks is what caused the American people to pursue the Muslim group taking them as a threat to society, as well as making us Americans have a different view on them. As war broke out in Iraq and Afghanistan as retaliation for the 9/11 attacks in pursue of the terrorists groups responsible. During the war many terrorist where captured and held prisoners in the United States charged without trial or crime. This is how far we've gotten going against our own constitution.

Holding a suspect without charge violets the 6th amendment due to the fact that no one could be charged without proof or evidence of a crime which also gives the full right to Judged trial.

We as Americans are going against our own constitution by allowing our own government to punish these foreign suspects without trial or charges. Government anger accumulated in my point of view is what made us violate our own constitution in our foreign suspects after the 9/11 attacks. Not just did it only affect violating our constitution it also affected it us in our American society making the American Muslim group persecuted and made racist jokes about. We never know is the foreign suspects could be innocent yet many foreign prisoners are being held without their rights.
