Children and Punishment
While I don't believe that adults actions can solely be blamed on the kinds of punishment they recieved as a child. I do feel that punishment without communication and understanding between the parent and the child can lead to resentment and may aid in aggressive behavior.- 16/04/2004

Children and Corporal Punishment
I also think that you can't blame a persons behavior solely on whether or not the child received corporal punishment as a child or not. I liked reading a paper that understood this and didn't just blame peoples behavior on the fact that they did or did not get a good beating when they were young.- 16/04/2004
