INDLEDNING
I denne opgave vil jeg prøve på at komme ved en redegørelse for, hvorfor vi i dag har det vi kalder 'demokrati'. De rettigheder som vi nyder godt af den dag i dag, ligger er ca. 150 år gamle. Jeg har bl.a. tænkt mig, at jeg vil undersøge om der reelt var en mulighed for 'ikke' at indføre demokrati i Danmark. Jeg vil inddrage en redegørelse for hvad der lå til grund for grundloven. Om bl.a. hvilke personer der var med til at udforme grundloven, og hvilke politiske slagsmål der lå forud for vedtagelsen af grundloven. Hvilke forandringer indebar grundloven for den danske befolkning. Jeg vil komme ind på de rettigheder og pligter den danske befolkning blev bundet af, da grundloven blev indført. Dette kunne f.eks. være rettigheden til at blive stillet for en dommer indenfor 24 timer. Denne rettighed eksisterede som sagt ikke før 1849. Til sidst i opgaven vil jeg komme med min egen konklusion (afsluttende kommentarer) af opgaven, og af de problemer der bliver formuleret i den.
