In today's companies, most employees' goal is quitting time and payday. Once they master skills needed in particular position and they feel comfortable doing it, their job and position offers little or no challenge for them. They need lots of motivation to succeed in their career. This paper will discuss the use of motivational theory of facial feedback in airline industry.
