Organizational Behavior at [INSERT COMPANY NAME HERE]
To fully understand how an organization can grow and the qualities of high performing organizations and teams, it is essential to delve deep into the topic of Organizational Behavior (OB). Within the study of OB, there have been 5 key areas/terms that need to be examined to fully understand any specific organizations' OB. The five areas of my current organization ([INSERT COMPANY NAME HERE]) that I have chosen to examine in this paper are:

* Perception and reaction - Attribution theory
* Motivation - Expectancy theory
* Leadership - Empowerment and Power
* Globalization - Global managers

Once we see how the OB of [INSERT COMPANY NAME HERE] behaves, we can accurately critique management and suggest areas of improvement.
Schermerhorn, Hunt and Osborn define organizational culture as, "... the system of shared actions, values, and beliefs that develops within an organization and guides that behavior of its members."(Schermerhorn, Hunt, Osborn Chap 13, 26) Because the study of OB centers on the study of individuals and groups, the organization's culture plays a major role in how the OB tends to lean.
