This academic year has been quite challenging and different from the rest. Collaborating with another university from a different region has been a life changing experience. I never thought I would be able to live up to the challenge of the project. My team was able to collaborate and work effectively, communicate well and focus on all tasks given. There were hurdles in the process of the project but we managed to work it out as a team. We used our strongest characteristics and interdependence upon each other to overcome our problems and complete all tasks.
We worked as a cohesive unit to produce the best result possible. We had our first meeting on Go-To-Meeting, which is the professional version of Skype. At our first meeting with the Ryerson university student, we went through a transition process where we analyzed the project brief and split the work equally.
