  • Nice Job

This was pretty descriptive but as others have mentioned your grammar could have been better.Rule of thumb that I was taught to proofread is to read out loud to yourself, read it out loud to someone else and read it back words. Reading it backwards can catch a lot of grammar errors. It works for me, I hope it works for others.

  • Descriptive

Not bad. I would have used a few more descriptive words to maybe describe the rabbit and the bear. Other than that, you set a beautiful picture in my mind as to what you were describing.

  • Title

Yes, the title is the fore part of any essay. It sets the tone for what the reader is about to read. I agree it is a little misleading but it got me to read it.Once I read it, I thought it was a pretty good piece.

  • With a Twist

Yes, O'Connor always writes her stories with a "twist" whether it be with theological content, grotesque charactors or even foreshadowing. It is what keeps the reader on their toes and thinking about they are reading.Good piece. I enjoyed reading your side of the story.

O'Connor definitely illustrated her own life as southern woman writer through this story. Great piece.Strange as her writings may be, I am enjoying her work and enjoy others perceptions of her stories as well.

Talk about clues. The grave yard for one. My favorites is where the daughter says "she wouldn't stay home alone for a million bucks". Second time reading, I go it that it meant that all were going to die, grandmother wouldn't to be left out of anything, even death.
