Sex Offenders and their actions

In today's society there are wide range of deviant acts. Across the nation crime overall has decreased, but sex offenders have not. I am going to be discussion sex offenders and their actions, why they commit these deviant acts, and statistical analysis of sex offenders. A sex offender is any person who lives or works in any community and who has been convicted of a sex offense, or someone who has been adjudicated as a child offender or as a delinquent juvenile by reason of a sex offense. Or it is a person released from incarceration or parole or probation supervision or custody with the department of youth services for such a conviction or adjudication, or a person who has been adjudicated a sexually dangerous person or a person released from civil commitment.

I want to make a point, that women do commit deviant sexual acts as well. These crimes that women do commit usually falls into two categories.

The first is having sex with underage males, which is statutory rape, and the second one is where these females punish the male teen or child and this punishment includes the sex organs. However most of the time, the sex offender is a man or juvenile who is emotionally unstable, but nonetheless, still deals with life everyday in a normal way. They do have difficulty relating to others. According to some reported cases of sexual assault, the victim is usually a friend, date, relative, co-worker, or an acquaintance.

Some offenders usually seek to vent their hostility, aggression, frustration and insecurities on their victims. For these offenders, the act of humiliating and degrading their victims while gaining power and control over them is a major motivating factor. Other offenders can be emotionless.
