Foreword

In this 21st Century, the Age of Technology, we are still plagued by

religious beliefs that may be a contributing cause of terrorism,

killings and wars between nations.

Belief in a God who causes catastrophes, punishes people and who

created the universe out of nothing as if by magic was brought about

by hysteria and superstition. This thought process needs to be

reassessed and brought up to date.

Open-minded people must use common sense to determine whether

this God was incorrectly perceived, misinterpreted and misunderstood

by the masses of a bygone era.

The Supreme or Divine Reality in the spiritual realm has been called God

by mankind. Our spirit is the only one capable of receiving inspiration

and establishing lines of communication with the Supreme Spirit.

The righteous spirit or soul, after the body's physical death enters the

spiritual realm to be with the Supreme Spirit, God, Allah or whatever

one desires to call him/it, which is a spiritual collective society of

souls or spirits; A government, the Ultimate Purity consisting

of Pure Intelligence, Pure Logic, the Supreme Spirit.

Let us hope that man will eventually progress intellectually

and evolve to a point whereby he can socialize with totally

eliminated tendencies for barbarianism and without a fear

of punishment from God; This would true enlightenment.

Einstein felt that "God" may very well be the "energy" that is

in all matter and energy, that cannot be separated from

matter/energy. I submit that God is the pure energy and

pure spiritual intellect of the spiritual realm.

The Transcendentalist

In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, "We will walk on our own feet; we will work with our own hands; we will speak our own minds...A nation of men will for the first time exist, because each believes himself inspired by the Divine Soul which also inspires all men."

Transcendentalists can be understood in one sense by their context - - by what they are rebelling against, what they see as the current situation - - and therefore - - attempt to correct what they see as misperceptions within societies.

The term Transcendentalism was derived from the philosopher Kant, who called "all knowledge transcendental which is concerned not with objects but with our mode of knowing objects." The roots of the American philosophy ran deep into German and English Romanticism. From German philosophers such as Fichte and Herder, it received its mystic impulse; from Goethe, Novalis, Jean-Paul, Heine, and the other great German Romantic poets it acquired its imagistic language and themes. Acquaintance with German thought, by and large, filtered through English translations--Coleridge and Carlyle's among the best--and acquaintance with these and the work of other English Romantics such as Blake, Wordsworth, Shelley, Keats, and Byron enriched the Americans' perspectives as well.

Spiritual transcendence of a person's spirit into a "Dimensional Beyondness" was achieved by most well known religious leaders. Abraham, Moses, Noah, Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, Krishna, Bahá'u'lláh, Zoroaster, Ahmad, Nanak and many others of various faiths had achieved spiritual enlightenment by mastering the art of spiritual transcendence. Many were Transcendentalists who have changed the course of mankind. Social norms during the time period of their lives dictated their and their society's acceptance of a spiritual existence or a Supreme Spirit of Purity, (a God) of either, might, royalty, peace, or government.

Transcendentalism is the rationality and logic that should be applied to All religions. One needs to keep an open mind and allow the spirit to absorb the logic of who/what God is without being inhibited by what should be considered outdated religious dogma and conditioning that has been a major contributing factor to the causes of terrorism.

Some people derive satisfaction from worshiping a deity. They believe that their prayers are heard and answered. It is illogical for a deity to require worship. The existence of a deity or spiritual realm and its function is imperceivable to the mind but has at times been revealed to the human spirit. Pure logic constitutes an axiom consisting of pure truth and experience, possible in the spiritual but not in the physical realm or dimension. If humanity would ever accept a completely logical deity called God, Allah, etc., many borders between opposing religious factions would be eliminated and peace thereafter could be a reality.

Many books have been written on various religious beliefs. Most people have their own self attained or learned knowledge or deep religious convictions on spirituality. There are many spiritual people who know that God is the rational Purity who/that does not require servitude, ritualistic prayers or a forced slavery

in order for the soul to be a part of Purity for eternity.

Inspiration can be a divine influence upon the spirit and subject to the mind's interpretation. Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder characterized by a loss of contact with reality; hearing non-existent voices. Delusional disorders are the holdings of false beliefs; illusions. If the existence of spirituality is a reality, then we must deduce that an interaction between the spiritual and physical realm can only be perceived by the spirit. If one is convinced of the existence of spirituality then one must ask which events are believable. A deity who came out of nowhere caused catastrophes, punishes people and who created the universe out of nothing as if by magic or a so-called deity comprised of a spiritual unity of souls or spirits; the Ultimate Purity consisting of Pure Intelligence, Pure Logic, the Supreme Spirit that guides the development of the universe.

In order to make a connection with spirituality and psychology and/or Objectivism we must first examine whether there is proof of the existence of a spirit. Many people throughout history as well as myself have received evidence of a spiritual existence. Can we prove it? No. The spiritual existence is in a spiritual dimension which can not be accessed or proven by the physical, therefore there is no physical evidence of it. Belief is opinion or creed which is a confession of religious faith. Knowledge can be defined as familiarity, understanding; something that is known; wisdom; learning, education; or awareness, cognizance. Our spirit is capable of having cognizance or an awareness of spirituality and receiving inspiration and blessings.

Project yourself into a scenario whereupon, after your spirit has established a communication link with the Spirit of God, upon your physical demise, all of the data that your spirit has accumulated and stored in your soul is transmitted and received by God into a spiritual dimension which contains any and all of the knowledge and experiences of the universe. You are now a part of God.

I have personally experienced my spirit leaving my body and being united with the Ultimate Supreme Spirit (God?). In 1956 when I was 15 years old I had double pneumonia and I thought that I would surely die. My father took me to a doctor who gave me a penicillin injection and recommended immediate hospitalization. We had no medical insurance or money, so my father took me home to recuperate. I remember the drive home vividly. Every breath was extremely painful and my chest felt as though a great weight was upon it. I watched cars and trucks drive by and I wondered how people could make long term plans when life was so unpredictable.

Several nights later it felt as if my spirit left my body and it experienced being in a place with a gathering of souls or spirits. I felt the greatest peace, tranquility and ecstasy. I felt a rapture that was beyond a person's imagination. I felt as if I was a part of ALL, a part of God. I was mentally communicating and in sync with everyone; many of the prophets of the bible and historical people whom I had read about, some of my deceased acquaintances and relatives. There was no dominant force, no forceful leader. I somehow knew who everyone was. Every thought was interacted with the whole community. I had no questions; it seemed as if everything was revealed and crystal clear. I saw the universe stretched out before us like a vast expanse with spirits engaged in mental interaction like master craftsmen contemplating the creation of a new frontier.

When I told my father who was a preacher of the Lutheran Faith about my experience he dismissed it abruptly and told me that this Supreme Spirit, this God that my spirit had witnessed was not the God of the Bible and he told me to pray for my salvation. We never talked about it afterwards.

Since that time I never really gave it much thought until after the New York World Trade Center tragedy on 9-11-01. I went into deep meditation. I wanted to find an answer as to why/how some misguided individuals could believe that their actions would be rewarded with their soul's eternal life with God. I then had a couple of very similar experiences of my spirit communicating with the Ultimate Spirit. (God, Allah or whatever one desires to call him/it) On the night of 9-11-01 my spiritual experience was very similar to the one that I had 45 years ago at age 15.

About a week later I had another spiritual experience that was in a progression which seemed to last throughout the entire night. My spirit observed the entire history and the evolution of the universe and peoples varying perceptions of God, as if in a fast-forward film. By what I had experienced, I perceived that I had been given a task by The Spirit of God to make an attempt to bring common sense to a belief in God.

Some will say that my experience is nothing but a dream or a vivid imagination but if you discount everything else, there is still rationality, common sense and logic. Religions have originated from an apprehension of the unknown after physical death. We do not need to fear death; it is a new beginning. The Spirit of God has revealed to me that God is not that petty so as to condemn mankind for their varying beliefs.

The messenger is of no significance, it is the message that needs to be taken into account and judged for its merits. I believe that I have personally experienced a oneness with The Spirit of God and as surely as I know that God exists, I know that my soul will be with God.

Much of what I have written here is what my spirit has experienced and can be accepted or totally rejected by anyone if they so desire. Let us hope that man will eventually progress intellectually and evolve to a point whereby he can socialize with totally eliminated tendencies for barbarianism and without a fear of punishment from God; this would true enlightenment.

By pointing out a flaw and reason for terrorism and violence in the name of religion, my only intent is to make people aware of the futility and intellectual gullibility of societies which have not progressed their beliefs since the Middle Ages. The main purpose of my book (all profits are donated to charities) is to have open-minded people peruse my writings and offer feedback on how our religious beliefs can to be brought into the 21st Century.

May your spirit be at peace.

What Will The Spirit/Soul Do In/For Eternity ?

Our life on earth is to prepare us and to give us examples of the hereafter. Everything is progressive and accumulative. We are here to accumulate experiences of feelings, the beauty of every organism that surrounds us, the landscape that adds to our perception; then we can begin our next journey.

We should live our life to its fullest. One hundred years from now, almost every single person alive today will have died. Several billion people, wiped off the face of this earth. Our life is but a blip on the radar screen of time.

We are the most important person responsible for whether our soul will live or die. Here we have to learn how to intertwine with a community; there we can experience anything that the imagination can perceive.

Envision yourself as a spirit that is uninhibited by any resistance or external influences; you can travel to any star or planet instantly, explore the beauty of the universe, and still be in sync with God.

As an example: Imagine the most advanced form of Virtual Reality that can access a super-computer and place you in whichever setting you desire; you can play with the animals, be with your loved ones, listen to the greatest opera, stage or musical performances, or simply relax next to a bubbling brook and enjoy the scenery. You feel no pain, despair, heartache, or negative emotions.

God is like a Master Planner who/that guides the universe rather than one who controls it. God is not this mighty ruler who wishes to enslave mankind, but a peaceful coexistence of the spirits or souls of many of our forefathers, past prophets, and all who lived righteously;

Cultures change with time. God has always been the same, but our perception of God will vary with time.

How Do We Know That The Spirit Exists ?

Many of our experiences here are as an example of spiritual life. A child until about the age of about 2 is receptive to and believes all that he/she hears, observes, and is told. This is the most influential period and will greatly shape the remainder of his life; all information is stored within the subconscious.

After age 2 independence is exercised and rebellion is the next step. Many teenagers begin to doubt their parents judgment and usually a young adult in his twenties moves away from home. Some will no longer keep in touch with or communicate with the parent. The spirit or soul will also at interval periods sever the lines of communication and at times communication with the Spirit of God will cease entirely.

Every person is born with a spirit. A child's spirit is a part of the mother's spirit which is passed down to the fetus and is then separated from its host at birth. It remains partially spiritually connected to the past host until it is capable of receiving its own data by the development of the child's reasoning capabilities at about 18 months from its birth. At that time the spirit separates from the mother and the child develops it's own spirit.

The spirit can not exist without a host. If the host or a mother with reasoning capabilities is not available during that time, the child's spirit bonds temporarily with the spirit of its physical provider. At about age 1 1/2 the spirit separates from the mother and the child develops it's own spirit. The conscience relays information to the spirit. Consciousness arises when contact has been made with a base; (sense or emotion) this is when spirit initiates its first recording. The spirit is the database of the senses and emotions.

There are several levels of consciousness:

A. On a scale of 1 to 10 rating, with consciousness being level 1 where the spirit accumulates data and triggers emotions.

B. The upper level of subconsciousness is at level 2; involuntary subconscious reactions are sometimes manifested.

C. The dream level at 3; a series of thoughts and visions are introduced.

Level 4 is deep sleep.

D. Hibernation or very deep sleep is at level 5.

E. At level 6 unconsciousness sets in.

F. Spiritual data is stored between levels 6 and 9.

G.At 10 the subconscious is at a point of physical imminent death.

The "deserving" spirit that has established lines of communications with Spirit of God is transmitted to the spiritual realm, filtered and cleansed of all negative emotions; then it bonds with the Supreme Spirit.

When a personality disorder affects the data input process, data is filtered. Brain injury does not supersede the soul, at that point data input simply ceases. If one seems to have severely impaired reasoning capabilities it does not necessarily mean that reasoning capabilities are not, or never were present. Sometimes reasoning capabilities can not be displayed or communicated to another.

Being with spirit, unless one is completely emotionless, a spirit is present. One may say that emotions are psychological, (of the psyche) structuralism, psychobiological, but they are nevertheless of the spirit; which also subscribes to a form of natural selection. The mind is unable to consciously communicate with the spirit. The conscience is the only communicator with the spirit or soul. The conscience relays information to the spirit unless the conscience is anesthetized by immoral acts or evil deeds.

The spirit or soul exists in the collective mental processes of the subconscious. The subconscious part of the mind and is also where the mental processes of creativity originate. The conscience adds to and stores life experiences with the spirit/soul. If the conscience is anesthetized by other than righteous conduct the existence of the spirit gradually fades and is eventually extinguished.

A deserving (clean) spirit consists of ethics, morality, good deeds, kindness, consideration for and helping others; being "righteous" insures the survival of the soul. When the body dies, any soul that is not transmitted, and has not bonded with God, dies; it simply ceases to exist.

The conscience is guided by its capacity to disseminate between pure and improper acceptable social norms. A determination is made by the conscience to abide by either the pure and proper, or to stretch the norm.

Deeds contrary to purity eventually anesthetizes the conscience and lines of communication with the spirit and God are severed. Evil is not adaptable to, or compatible with Pure Intelligence. The cultural norm deduces acceptable proper behavior. If one lives thereby, the conscience is clear and no deity in the spiritual realm will judge or condemn anyone.

How do you touch and feel without emotion or sense; which is spirit; without having it recorded by your subconscious where the spirit resides? The spirit is spirit and not a religious force and is neither heaven sent, nor heaven inspired, though some people via deep meditation can have their spirit interact with God's spirit. Sentience is the ability to sense, capability of feeling, consciousness.

The spirit is in the subconscious and often controls what one writes and thinks. The soul and spirit are often considered identical, though the soul has also been referred to as the vessel for the spirit.

The only physical effect that we can derive from the Spirit of God is by way of us receiving inspirations and blessings. In order to accomplish this, lines of communication through righteous living, need to be established between our spirit and the Spirit of God during our lifetime in order for our soul to survive after our physical demise. Any soul or spirit, upon a person's physical death, that does not bond or is not transmitted by us and received by the Supreme Spirit ceases to exist.

We exist physically and with the spirit on the present plane with negative and positive karma. Righteous living and meditation filter and cleanse the negative karma of the spirit. The soul is the encompassing vessel that carries the spirit to its destination upon the physical demise. The soul is also the data storage area in the subconscious and is not subject to emotions; it can however trigger physical reflexes and responses. When the spirit leaves its host (physical demise) it has to be received by and interlace with the spirit host or it ceases its existence; upon the bonding with the spirit host, the spirit continues eternally.

The spirit, when the mind is in mental stasis, can at times connect with the Supreme Spirit, as evidenced by messengers. (Abraham, Moses, Jesus, etc.) The mind's ability to interpret this connection and messages is often deficient, hence we have the creation of various religions.

Sync, harmony, and a coexistence of souls, are a part of God. Preferred total isolation, rebellious behavior and a desire for pain, are mental imbalances and instabilities. The soul has to be stable in order to achieve perpetuity.

A person afflicted by bodily sufferings can at times be closer to God than one who is in daily turmoil and obsessed with acquiring and hoarding wealth for himself, rather than sharing and making life bearable for the needy. Our main purpose in life is to expand our knowledge and to strive for a peaceful coexistence with an inspirational guidance from God;

To coexist with our spiritual partners in harmony through eternity. Our earth is just a minuscule place in the vast expanse of the universe.

The "spiritual dimension" at some point interacts with the physical dimension ...that is where one can find evidence of the spiritual realm of God, although all of our scientific facts are applicable only in this physical dimension, not in the spiritual. The existence of spiritual souls or God, or God's Spirit interacting with the spirits of physical beings can not and will never be proven by science.

Evidence is proof, something that shows what is true. Truth is established by testifying, bearing witness, attesting, declaring under oath that what is testified to, is actuality. In a court of law, as in civil action, evidence is presented and the validity of this evidence is assessed by a judge or jury who rule on it; their decision is accepted and it is determined that proof has been established by a preponderance of the evidence.

Throughout several millennia evidence has been presented that the Spirit of God has interacted with our spirit; this interaction was interpreted accordingly and written in the Torah, Bible, Qur'an, etc.

When God interacts with us it is like a father interacting with a 2 year old child. Our mind has to translate what the spirit has assimilated. It is the knowledge of everything in the past, not the future. The future makes its own path & is not predetermined.

The Ultimate Truth is indecipherable by the human mind and can only be divulged to the spirit which also often misinterprets its meaning, hence we have various religions and beliefs.

Demystifying God

In this 21st Century, the Age of Technology, we are still plagued by religious beliefs that may be a contributing cause of terrorism, killings and wars between nations. Belief in a God who causes catastrophes, punishes people and who created the universe out of nothing as if by magic was brought about by hysteria and superstition. This thought process needs to be reassessed and brought up to date. Open-minded people must use common sense to determine whether this God was incorrectly perceived, misinterpreted and misunderstood by the masses of a bygone era.

In U.S.A. there are more than 1500 religious denomination and faith groups, including 900 Christian, 100 Hindu and 75 Buddhist denominations.

Perception plays a major role in religions. There are numerous interpretations of the Scriptures, hence there are various sects who use the same source, the Bible or the Qur'an, but come to different conclusions. Religious differences are acceptable by the majority as long as fanaticism does not cause physical confrontations.

The ironic fact is that the followers of these religions all claim to live by the Word of God. Many claim that God has personally talked to their messengers who have relayed these Words of God to others. Apparently the Words of God were either misinterpreted, God is contradicting himself, or we start all over again by each side claiming to live by and having heard the Word of God correctly.

When establishing an association with the present day problems between Jews, Christians and Muslims, we can come up with numerous answers, however if there were no distinctions between Muslims, Jews, and Christians, strife would be nonexistent. The major distinction is religion. Muslims have been led to believe that they must expand Islam by any means at their disposal in order to please Allah/God. In many regions occupied by Muslims, conflicts have arisen with their neighbors.

If Jews, Christians and Muslims would ever come to the realization that their God is the same logical deity, rationality would dictate peace and eliminate borders.

When peoples' concept of God is flawed, corrections, truth, logic and common sense thereof must eventually prevail. Human fallibility and misconceptions have labeled God for past millennia as one who interferes with the natural forces and free will of people by threatening punishment to those who disobey his bidding.

The God of our ancestors had to be humanized in order to have the masses adapt the thought processes to that time period.

God does not change with the times but our perception of who God is should change as societies eliminate their superstitious beliefs. God, the Ultimate Spirit consists of Supreme Purity, Pure Intelligence, Pure Logic, etc., is not encumbered by human attributes and has no needs, or a desire to be worshiped, prayed to, exalted, venerated, deified, or anything else that we have to offer.

Human characteristics are to exercise upon others: power, control, dominance, destruction, punishment, revenge, judgment. Everyone is individually and personally totally responsible for his own soul's destiny. The destruction of civilizations, most sufferings and premature deaths are due to human frailties, stupidity or imperfections and are not God's doings. God, exists in a spiritual realm and never has and never will interfere with anything on earth or in the universe.

God is interested in and is involved in humanity, but does not interfere in any way in our physical lives. God guides the development of the universe and everything thereon like a Master Planner. Our relationship and interaction of our spirit with the Spirit of God is for our, not God's benefit.

God Will Not Condemn Anyone

Our intelligence compared to God is like that of a 2 year old child. God will make allowances for our ignorance.

It doesn't matter to God whether we believe that God is/was:

1. Created by the spirit and soul and evolved to be the supreme intelligence.

2. The beginning, always was, came out of nowhere and created the heavens

and earth.

3 The one supreme ruler who dominates the universe.

4. Called God, God Almighty, Jehovah, God of Abraham, Allah or whatever.

It doesn't matter to God whether we:

1. Think that Jesus is God or a prophet.

2. Believe that the Bible or the Qur'an is the word of God or man.

3. Eat pork, dress or pray a certain way.

4. Are straight, gay, white, black, or whatever.

It is of no importance during our physical life whether God exists or not if one so chooses. Whether or not one believes in a spirit or God really makes no difference to God. Righteous living will determine the continuance and destiny of our spirit/soul. One's life can be enhanced by receiving solace and being comforted during life's trials and tribulations by having our spirit inspired by the Spirit of God.

Hope and inspiration rejoices our spirit and gives us a reason for continuing during hopeless times. There is a reason for our existence just like there is a reason for the existence of everything in the universe. Mankind as far as we know is the only one born with a soul which is spiritual and can transcend into the spiritual realm upon leaving our physical body.

When people first acquired reasoning abilities, the first fear of an unseen deity came about when lightning and thunder caused them to cringe and seek shelter.

Lightning and thunder were thought to be punishment from God for evil deeds.

Worshiping God through prayers and asking for forgiveness eventually as the storm passed was believed to appease the wrath of God or the Gods.

Rationality and logic should eventually eliminates all superstition. Fear of an uncertain future has been instilled in many through conditioning. Truth of who/what God is, if honestly presented and practiced by the presenter himself, should eventually prevail.

Truth and logic require a foundation, the foundation being our realization that our forefathers intentions for our soul's continuity was their conviction that God had personally spoken to his messengers and had instructed them in what God desired. What was considered the truth about God was whatever society adopted thereof during their time when presuppositions of the concept of God was compared to a required domination by a ruler who was capable of enforcing laws adaptable for the society of that time period.

Religion is a set of beliefs involving symbols regarded as sacred, together with ritual practices in which members of the community engage. Religious practices originated from a fear of God. Judaism and Islam are more closely tied to these ancient practices than Christianity which is a more modernized belief that combines a love and a fear of God and came into existence two millennia ago. We have made great advances since then in technology and our standard of living but our religious practices have not advanced.

Judaism originated a monotheist God and Islam and Christianity is the offshoot thereof. Abraham according to Genesis was the first person with whom God chose to have a special relationship. His spirit as well as those of several others after him interacted with the Spirit of God; this was misinterpreted and claims were made by others that God had physically spoken with him. Soon thereafter God was viewed as having human-like features and one who performed great miracles on earth. Stories snowballed and by the time they were written down many others claimed to have physically conversed with God.

All religious writings are by fallible men. God has not talked to them, if they heard voices they were schizophrenic. They may have been inspired by the Spirit of God or they just claimed to have spoken with God in order to elevate their standing amongst their peers or in the community. Now we can totally discard superstitions and discern God to be consisting of Supreme Purity which also reflects Supreme Intelligence, Supreme Logic, and Supreme Common Sense.

The God of Abraham, Moses, Noah, Jesus and other Prophets, is the same as the God of today who wants all souls to coexist in peace and tranquility for eternity. We can not see or physically talk with God, but our spirit can unite and can be blessed and guided by God's Spirit to accomplish the seemingly impossible. We can not physically control our spirit which only has interaction with our conscience.

God, also known as Allah, Yahweh, Lord, Supreme Being, Jehovah, Spirit of God, Supreme Spirit, etc., is a spirit of peace. When the body dies, the deserving spirit or soul is received by God into a peaceful coexistence with other souls for eternity. The souls of many Prophets, philosophers, holy men, our deceased relatives and even the simplest souls who by their love of humanity and exemplary living have helped to shape the lives of other will be there.

Here we are given many examples of the structure of God. Our life on earth is to prepare us for the beauty and rapture of the hereafter. We are here to accumulate experiences of feelings and the beauty of every organism that surrounds us; also the misery, pain and death of the body that demonstrates to us the futility of our physical lives.

Our spirit can often control the well-being of our body. With inspiration and blessings from the Spirit of God, our spirit very much like the wind, can carry us through our life's journey and experience the beauty of God's creative powers or we can choose to reject the interaction and muddle through life with no purpose, feeling empty, worthless and lonely. We can resonate despondency and gloom or bloom like the wildflower, bringing joy to many who have contact with us and live our lives with joy and the knowledge that we have a reason for living.

The concept of referring to God as Pure Consciousness Pure Intelligence, Pure Logic, etc., is a human descriptor, as is any other way in which humans are capable of describing God. Anthropomorphism is the act of giving human qualities to things which are not human. Humans are incapable of projecting the true concept of God when their spirit has connected with the Ultimate Supreme Spirit.

The Ultimate Truth is indecipherable by the human mind and can only be divulged to the spirit which also often misinterprets its meaning, hence we have various religions and beliefs. The quest for the Truth is futile during our lifetime but our spirit when in deep meditation, is at times able to communicate with the Ultimate Spirit (Truth, Purity, Supreme, God, Allah, etc.).

This Ultimate Truth to the spirit will only be a reality when our spirit or soul unites with him/it (God) upon our physical demise.

If we want to compare our concept of God to a foundation for a building, we have to remember that a foundation on a building needs to be repaired and eventually renewed if the building is to endure over time. Now foundations contain steel which makes the foundation much stronger. A foundation is a base that supports a structure and needs to be laid. If truth and logic are the foundation, as in the inherent characteristics of the universe itself, it had to be established. There are various foundations supporting numerous concepts.

The universe is the encompassment of ALL (matter, energy, space, time) that exists in a physical, material, tangible or intangible, natural or unnatural state in this dimension, Our soul contains the records of our spiritual life within the subconscious and it is composed of consciousness, awareness, thoughts, and emotions.

Upon physical death the righteous soul/spirit unites with the Ultimate Supreme Spirit (often called God). Man in the physical sense is often way too vicious to be part of God. Righteous living is a part of the cleansing process of the mind that feeds the spirit that a physical person must go through in order for his soul to be a part of God.

Physically we are all atoms, spiritually we are all energy. Energy exists in both, the physical and spiritual plane. Energy is like electro-magnetic energy, or light. It is carried by photons; it can cross-convert back and forth with solid matter, according to the ratio E=MC^2, and when in the energy form, its propagation speed is limited to C, which is the speed of light, approximately 300,000 km/sec.

Our Mind, Thought, Truth, Intuition, Intelligence, Appreciation and Awareness are all aspects of a spiritual presence in the physical dimension. Interaction of our spirit with the spiritual dimension can only be accomplished through deep meditation when our spirit is totally devoid of all outside influences.

The Spirit of God enlightens one in the mysteries of God and the universe. If one peruses the scriptures, enlightenment of God can be achieved through our spirit's closer interaction with the Spirit of God. God is Spirit, omnipresent and omniscient.

Meditation is the only essential in religion, everything else is nonessential ritual or conditioning. God is incorporeal, all that is spiritual in a spiritual state or dimension.

Drugs, alcohol or any substance which interferes with, or suppresses the spirit and hinders our clear thinking should be avoided. The spirit will rejoice and grow stronger through our appreciation of the beauty of nature, music, song and art. A stronger spirit is closer to God and inspirations from God will guide and heal the mind and soul.

The soul is the data storage in the subconscious and is not subject to emotions; it can however trigger physical reflexes and responses. When the spirit leaves its host (physical demise) it has to be received by and interlace with the spirit host or it ceases its existence; upon the bonding with the spirit host, the spirit continues eternally.

The formless realm is the realm of the the Supreme Spirit (God, etc.) where Pure Consciousness, Pure Intelligence exists. All spirits are interlaced with the spirit host and can perform individually or as a unity.

The law of Karma, being a natural law of cause and effect, governs all that is connected with the physical, and determines the continuity and ultimate survival of the spirit. The karma, the individual actions of a person dictates the consequences and survival of the spirit.

In a state of meditation whereby our spirit is at times be able to connect with the Ultimate or Supreme Spirit, all emotions need to be suppressed or temporarily eliminated. Absolute transcendence can only be achieved by our spirit.

Self-awareness is a state of being conscious of oneself, being aware of oneself. People acquire an awareness of self as a result of socialization, which is the lifelong process whereby they develop an awareness of social norms and values. Socialization is a process of learning to relate to and interact with others.

The state of Self-awareness is attained completely through emotions and is connected to the spiritual state only by the subconscious. The spirit can be eternal, which is also a part of Self.

Sync, harmony, and a coexistence of souls, are a part of God. Preferred total isolation, rebellious behavior and a desire for pain, are mental imbalances and instabilities. The soul has to be stable in order to achieve perpetuity.

Creation vs. Evolution

Mass and energy is the result of evolution.

Dust particles gather to evolve into mass. If mass is compressed to the point of fusion, spontaneous combustion and fission create energy; the universe thereby evolves.

God Does Not Need Our Prayers

Prayers are for our benefit. We need to pray for guidance to comprehend the purpose of our existence. Through prayers and meditation, inspiration peace and tranquility can be received by our spirit. Harmony with God requires the spirit to be at peace. Our prayers should ask for inspiration and guidance from the Spirit of God to enlighten us and transform our daily lives by being honest, humble, grateful, full of love and good works.

Churches, mosques, temples and gathering places help our spirit to rejoice and come closer to the unity and peace of God.

A person afflicted by bodily sufferings can at times be closer to God than one who is in daily turmoil and obsessed with acquiring and hoarding wealth for himself, rather than sharing and making life bearable for the needy. Our only purpose in life is to expand our knowledge and to strive for a peaceful coexistence with an inspirational guidance from God; so as to coexist with our spiritual partners in harmony through eternity.

Our earth is just a minuscule place in the vast expanse of the universe. God is the supreme intelligence that will guide us by inspiration. In order to be in harmony with the Spirit of God, one's spirit has to be in synchronization. This requires understanding and complete tolerance of other beliefs regardless of our own.

A oneness with the Spirit of God, by your deeds (contrary to some biblical teachings) during your lifetime, will determine your soul's destiny. Also, if you deed (pledge, give, transfer) your soul to God, you will know, as you know that God exists, that your soul will be a part of God.

One of our main purposes in life is to prepare our soul to be received by God. If one's spirit has not set up lines of communications with the Spirit of God, this person may deny God's existence because he can not receive evidence to the contrary; he is incapable of comprehending spiritual reality.

Spiritual beings know that they are part of God's Master Plan, as is the universe. Any soul that does not establish communication with the Spirit of God, dies.

Drugs, alcohol or any substance which interferes with, or suppresses the spirit and retard our clear thinking should be avoided. The spirit will rejoice and grow stronger through our appreciation of the beauty of nature, music, song and art. A stronger spirit is closer to God and inspirations from God will guide and heal the mind and soul.

Preachers and Holy Men have been given the responsibility to educate a new generation of minds of the complete truth and to teach tolerance of other religions and other interpretations of God, not just as they perceive the truth or God to be.

What Will God Do With All The Sinners ?

Sins were invented by people in order to frighten the masses to conform to standards set by people. If our laws are not obeyed, punishment will be by the appropriate government agency. God will not punish sinners here or hereafter. The righteous soul will be a part of God upon the body's demise

Our so-called sins will be overlooked and forgiven, like parents dismiss and forgive their child's transgressions. Any punishment is immediate, without a grudge being retained. God will not interfere with your life on earth or physically harm or punish anyone.

The same way a parent makes a child aware when the child has committed a wrong act, the conscience will weigh on the spirit and one with a conscience will be repentant; that is the extent of the punishment.

When evil deeds are constant, the conscience gets anesthetized and no longer communicates with the spirit; upon physical death, the spirit dies also.

Satan, Devil, Prince of Darkness, -- Exist only in a person's mind.

The Hebrew word from which "Satan" comes sometimes refers to enemies, as in 1 Samuel 29:4 and Psalm 109:6. In Job it simply means adversary.

In the NT it means slanderer and tempter.

Below are a few passages that show beliefs in medieval times. .

Luke 13:16, Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day?

Luke 10:18, He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 1 Chronicles 21:1 Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel.

Mark 1:13, and he (Jesus) was in the desert forty days, being tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals, and angels attended him.

Mark 3:26, And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come.

God And Time

God's way of creating life is beyond the intellectual capacity of man.

On 1-8-2002 NASA announced a new interpretation of the dawn of cosmic light; this conflicts with the Big-Bang Theory time period.

The Hubbell images of deep space, close to the beginning of time indicate that at beginning of time, galaxy formation started early and rapidly; not at once, but in only a few million years.

Pascal's Theory or wager was that God is not known through reason but through the heart and that faith is a better guide than reason. I submit that there is sufficient evidence and that by applying intelligent reasoning, one has to come to the conclusion of the probability of God's existence.

Cosmological constant was a term introduced by Einstein into his field equations of general relativity to permit a stationary, non-expanding universe: it has since been abandoned in most models of the universe

In recent years, we have learned that 95% of the Universe is made of a type of matter or energy that we cannot see nor understand. The earth, moon, sun, and everything that we can see make up less than one percent of the entire universe. Gravity may ripple across the universe in waves, and certain cosmic rays, atomic particles moving at near light speed, possess an energy far greater than that which can be explained by modern physics.

We are here on earth to learn and accumulate knowledge. Everything in the universe and in the spiritual realm had a beginning, the difference is that in the spiritual existence time continues indefinitely, even time reversal invariance is a possibility.

In the theory of relativity, the intuitive notion of time as an independent entity is replaced by the concept that space and time are intertwined and inseparable aspects of a four-dimensional universe, which is given the name space-time. Einstein sought unsuccessfully for many years to incorporate the theory into a unified field theory valid also for subatomic and electromagnetic phenomena. Any and all of our scientific facts are applicable only in this physical not in the spiritual dimension.

Today, over 100 planets are known outside our solar system. There are billions of stars with numerous solar systems. Our knowledge of the universe is in its infancy. Within the last 200 years air travel, the automobile, telephone, radio, television, computer, electricity, etc., came into existence.

Place yourself into a scenario whereby you are on earth several thousand years from now; our present day thinking would be considered antiquated. Would space travel to the next closest solar system be a reality? With our present mode of travel it would take several hundred years.

Computers in some cases are considered Thinking Machines and are also considered Artificial Intelligence, but they are unable to transfer their intelligence to a spirit or soul. Only the spirit or soul can transgress our dimension in order to transmit its contents. Artificial Artificial Intelligence can not simulate total human behavior.

Conditioning has caused us to accept that God always was and always will be. Everything in the universe and in the spiritual realm had a beginning. It is illogical for one to assume an existence, either physically or spiritually without a starting point for that existence. Everything has to have, and had a beginning in the physical and spiritual dimension.

The spirit and the spiritual dimension is eternal; the physical dimension may not be. The fact that everything exists as a result of everything else is the consequence of evolution, creation and progression.

People have portrayed God as being mysterious when the concept of God is really quite simple. God is a loving, peaceful coexistence of spiritual souls including ours upon our physical demise. God's intelligence is ever expanding and grows with the addition of each soul. Every soul is like a separate cell or atom on earth which combines with other cells or atoms to make up the existence of every living person, plant, animal and even the air which sustains all life; so also do souls perform, either individually or in unison.

Any soul or spirit that is not with God can not exist, and dies. Souls perform individually or cumulatively in the same way as entities in this dimension. Souls are a part of God as we are a part of this earth.

The bonding of the first two righteous souls, the first reasoning entities, God, originated somewhere in the universe, on our earth or on a planet in another solar system, possibly billions of years ago. The bonding of the first two souls created spiritual unity which expanded and progressed, created Cumulative Intelligence.

Pure Intelligence requires addition thereto to be of pure intention. (righteousness) Spiritual righteousness establishes lines of communications with God; lack thereof (immorality) causes a soul's demise upon physical death. God, similarly to almost everything in the universe, is cumulative and progressive. Once the soul is born, it continues it's journey throughout our lives and upon our physical demise it continues with God in eternity or it dies.

God, existing in a spiritual dimension, is cumulative and progressive rather than constant. The survival of God or the expansion of God's intelligence is not dependent upon the addition of souls, it expands and survives with or without them in the same way as our intelligence expands through reasoning and needs no acknowledgment from any outside source.

The spiritual realm is the ultimate destiny where order, reason, logic, rationality and common sense prevails. It is illogical to leave the spiritual existence in order to be in the physical world amongst chaos.

The so-called heavens are in the spiritual plane where distance and resistance are no obstacles. A spirit can instantly transpose itself to any other location. Physical beings will never be able to interact with the spiritual although our spirit has the capability to connect with the spiritual realm if all our physical senses are totally subdued.

WE THE PEOPLE

We The People of this world hereby proclaim that forthwith we will use common sense in deciding whether to live in peace or die for a cause that history in the future shall wonder whether God was misunderstood by the masses of a bygone era. We will ponder and find the answers to the questions:

1. As Christians, Moslems, Jews and other denominations, should we still today use the Torah, Qur'an, Bible and other quotes or writings by prophets as being the Word Of God and the only road map to God, or use these writings as references to a newer road to God which is safer, wider and leads there directly ?

2. Is the God Of War who sought revenge, killed the masses through floods and wars, who was the God of Abraham, Noah, Moses, and Muhammad, the same God of today who wants all souls to coexist-exist in peace and tranquility for eternity?

3. Was the spiritual realm where God exists in another dimension ever breached by a man named Jesus ? Was Jesus the only son of God, or are we, who are children of God, also a son and daughter of God ?

4. Did God ever, and will he ever in the future, interfere with anything that happens on this earth, or is God and the Devil being blamed for our problems and bad decisions ?

5. Did the prophets of the past ever make contact with, talk to, and receive spiritual revelations from God, or were their inspirations from God possible misinterpretations ?

6. Do we, who are living in the 21st century, need to follow the teachings of prophets who lived in the past, or can we be inspired directly by God, without intermediaries ?

7. Does the devil or Satan exist or were they invented by man to frighten people to believe that the devil would claim the soul of those who did not believe in God ?

8. Did God always exist or did God possibly come into existence with the first soul striving to merge and coexist-exist with other souls; combining their knowledge and expanding their intelligence with the addition of each soul into an eternal existence ?

9. Is our purpose for living to have our body and soul die, or to lead a good productive life, expand our knowledge, help our fellow man, and upon our physical death, to have our soul be united with God into an eternal harmonious life through eternity ?

Holy Books

The greatest scams which include deceit, swindle, and fraud, for several millennia, that have ever been perpetrated on mankind have been in the name of God. Many will disagree because "It is written in the Holy Books"; to which I say, "by fallible men who often let their imaginations run amuck".

The "Holy Books" (Bible, Torah, Qur'an) were written during a time when superstitions prevailed. Superstitions are an irrational belief that someone or something causes an action or circumstance not logically related to a course of events that influences its outcome. A belief, practice, or rite irrationally maintained by ignorance of the laws of nature or by faith in magic or chance.

A fearful or abject state of mind resulting from such ignorance or irrationality.

Christians, Jews and Muslims ALL claim that they live by the Word of God. They claim that God has personally talked to their messengers who have relayed these Words of God to the common folk in the writings of the Torah, Bible and the Qur'an.

The followers must unquestionably believe these Words of God or they will be condemned. If that is the case, apparently the Words of God were either misinterpreted, God is contradicting himself, or we start all over again by each side claiming to live by and having heard the Word of God correctly.

These so-called Holy Books could be inspirational and could help us in our journey through life if one discounts all the references to the writers vivid imaginations of physical sightings or conversations with God, Satan, snakes, devils or angels.

Condemnations of those who do not believe what is written or question these so-called Holy Books and condemnation of any kind also should be eliminated. The Torah, Bible and the Koran need to be edited and brought into the 21st century where religion is not based on slavery to God.

Before you respond by saying that he who alters these so-called Holy Books will be condemned to Hell, let me respond by saying that the only Hell that exists is in a person's imagination.

The Scenario

The souls of a Rabbi, a Christian minister, and a Islamic cleric appeared at the gates of heaven at the same time and they eye each other suspiciously. St. Peter (the gatekeeper) asked if there is a problem.

The Rabbi tells St. Peter , "Ours is the true religion. We have the word of God that this is so and it is written in the Torah that God said that we are the chosen children of God, not the Christians or the Muslims."

The Christian minister says, "Jesus told us that he is the son of God and that the only way to God was by following his teachings and that unless one is born again, one would not get into heaven. What Jesus said is the word of God and it is written in the holy Bible".

The Muslim cleric says, "God has told Muhammad that he was the last true prophet and that everything that God told him was written in the Koran and that those who did not follow what was written there, would not get into heaven".

Other souls appeared and some sided with and gathered around each of their leaders, while some other souls who sided with no one entered directly through the gates of heaven.

St. Peter told the souls who had gathered around the souls of their clerics, "In heaven there can be no disagreement and until you all are in agreement, you have to move to the Purgatory area".

No agreement was reached and eventually the souls died (Hell) because souls who were not with God could not exist.

The lesson is: Having tunnel-vision or being closed-minded, without compassion for the belief of others around you can be bad for the body and suicide to the soul.

Messengers Of God

Our soul can be a part of God after our physical demise if we choose to live righteously. We are totally responsible for the destiny of our soul.

Jesus, Abraham, Moses, etc. are alive as spirit and they are now a part of God. They were messengers who interpreted their spirits interaction with the Spirit of God according to their own interpretation thereof. Messengers should not be deified; the message has merit but also is open to misinterpretation by the messenger, hence we have religious divergence.

Is the Bible The Word Of God ?

We can use the Bible as stepping stones that lead to God; we should not interpret everything therein literally. Now our perception of God should be interlaced with logic and common sense if we want to have our beliefs, just like the foundation, get stronger over time.

The Bible was written during a time when superstitions prevailed. There were claims of visions of God physically, and physical conversations with God and the devil.

A road map to God, the "Holy Books" that were considered to be correct and applicable during the time that they were written, would not be totally correct and applicable today by any stretch of the imagination. Oh yes, of course, it says in the "Holy Books" that everything therein is the gospel truth.

A rocket scientist who would attempt to apply his knowledge to a time two thousand years from now, would be considered feeble minded.

The Bible or Torah refers to God as representing a masculine anthropomorphic figure; as the king-like ruler who demands that everyone worship him and unquestionably do his bidding through eternity.

In this 21st Century many religious beliefs are as antiquated as in several millennia past. Most stories in the Bible were passed down verbally through generations, with new additions by each generation. In past centuries superstitions were the norm. Isn't it about time that a belief in God, if one so chooses, makes sense.

The Torah is the Hebrew name for the five books of Moses-the Law of Moses or the Pentateuch, the first five books of the Bible. The Torah is believed by Orthodox Jews to have been handed down to Moses on Mt. Sinai and transmitted by him to the Jews. It laid down the fundamental laws of moral and physical conduct. The Torah begins with a description of the origin of the universe and ends on the word Israel, after the story of the death of Moses, just before the conquest of Canaan by the Israelites. In a wider sense the Torah includes all teachings of the books of the Torah were written over a period of about 1500 years by about 40 different authors on three continents in three languages.

The first 5 books, written by Moses about 1410 B.C. were accepted as authoritative by the people that initially received them. Transmission refers to the process of getting something written up to 3500 years ago to us. During transmission the documents are copied and errors are introduced. Some, who reject the truth of the bible argue that there errors are so many and so large that the bible is unreliable. Others, who accept the truth of the bible argue that the errors and alterations by copyists only slightly if at all diminish the reliability of the bible.

...The Hebrew Bible is simply not a reliable source for the history of ancient Israel... If we are content to provide students with mythical, legendary, uncritical histories of ancient Israel, how can we have any legitimate grounds for complaint or criticism when others are willing to provide mythologized, fictionalized histories of other peoples and places?

Jack Cargill, "Ancient Israel in Western Civ Textbooks," The History Teacher (May 2001) (most Jewish historians agree with his conclusions)

Quote:

As Rabbis Face Facts, Bible Tales Are Wilting

Abraham, the Jewish patriarch, probably never existed. Nor did Moses. The entire Exodus story as recounted in the Bible probably never occurred. The same is true of the tumbling of the walls of Jericho. And David, far from being the fearless king who built Jerusalem into a mighty capital, was more likely a provincial leader whose reputation was later magnified to provide a rallying point for a fledgling nation...

The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, which represents the 1.5 million Conservative Jews in the United States, has just issued a new Torah and commentary, the first for Conservatives in more than 60 years. Called "Etz Hayim" ("Tree of Life" in Hebrew), it offers an interpretation that incorporates the latest findings from archaeology, philology, anthropology and the study of ancient cultures. To the editors who worked on the book, it represents one of the boldest efforts ever to introduce into the religious mainstream a view of the Bible as a human rather than divine document...

The notion that the Bible is not literally true "is more or less settled and understood among most Conservative rabbis," observed David Wolpe, a rabbi at Sinai Temple in Los Angeles and a contributor to "Etz Hayim." But some congregants, he said, "may not like the stark airing of it." Last Passover, in a sermon to 2,200 congregants at his synagogue, Rabbi Wolpe frankly said that "virtually every modern archaeologist" agrees "that the way the Bible describes the Exodus is not the way that it happened, if it happened at all."

The rabbi offered what he called a "litany of disillusion" about the narrative, including contradictions, improbabilities, chronological lapses and the absence of corroborating evidence. In fact, he said, archaeologists digging in the Sinai have "found no trace of the tribes of Israel - not one shard of pottery."

Was Jesus The Son Of God Or Man ?

Was the spiritual realm where God exists in another dimension ever breached by a man named Jesus ? Was Jesus the son of God, or a prophet and the son of a man ?

Until Jesus' baptism by John at about the age of 30 he had been an obscure carpenter from Galilee. But the baptism marked the turning point in his life - he began to believe he could be the Messiah and he now had a mission.

Will they who believe that Jesus was a prophet rather than the only son of God be condemned ? Are we not, as according to the bible, children of God, therefore as children, we are also a son or a daughter of God.

If Jesus were born now would people believe that he was God ?

Jesus has been appropriately called the "Son of God" and "Prince of Peace". We are often reminded of the teachings of Jesus whose words have survived two millennia. His disciples kept him alive in the memories of all who heard and believed his words. They, as well as other "Men of God" who contributed to the compilation of the scriptures of the Bible, were inspired by God to give us guidelines to live by.

Many Christians state that there is only one straight and narrow road that leads to God. This is incorrect. All roads which lead to God can bring the soul to its destination. The roads may be curved and circular at times, but if one chooses one's objective and abides thereby, the goal will be achieved. Jesus, whose spirit interacted with the Spirit of God, changed the preceding opinions that God would smite the pagans and destroy their cities and abodes unless they obeyed the commands of God and the prior messengers who were considered Prophets. Jesus portrayed God to a loving father who would not harm his children.

There is a song which should be our daily inspiration. It says, "Open up your heart and let the sun shine in". "Judge not lest ye be judged".

Jesus died about 30 A.D.. Mark's Gospel presents Jesus as a perfectly normal man with brothers and sisters. Luke's Gospel suggests that Jesus and John The Baptist were actually related. Jesus' teachings stressed love, charity and peace. After his death Jesus' disciples believed that Jesus presented an image of God and began to pray to him. St. Paul believed that God's powers should be made accessible to the goyim (gentiles, non-Jews) and preached the Gospel of Jesus to them. Paul never called Jesus "God". He called him "the Son of God" in its Jewish sense; he did not preach that Jesus had been the incarnation of God himself but that he possessed God's "powers" and "Spirit" which manifested God's activity on earth and were not to be identified with the inaccessible divine essence.

Paul created Christianity by referring to Jesus as Christ which was a translation of the Hebrew "Messiach". This doctrine was scandalized by Jews and later the Muslims who found it blasphemous. The doctrine that Jesus was divine and that Jesus had been God in human form was not finalized until the fourth century.

In order to be in harmony with the Spirit of God, one's spirit has to be in synchronization. This requires understanding and tolerance of other beliefs regardless of our own.

Understanding and tolerance of others does not require our approval.

The unity of God is an intertwined intelligence. Pure, real intelligence can overcome all diversity and exist in unity. By condemning others who do not believe the same as one personally does about Jesus, such as the Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, one is risking the survival of one's own soul.

Jesus, Abraham, Moses, etc. are alive as spirit and a part of God. They were messengers who interpreted their spirits interaction with the Spirit of God according to their own interpretation thereof. Messengers are insignificant and should not be deified; the message has merit but also is open to misinterpretation by the messenger, hence we have religious divergence.

The Dead Sea Scrolls offer unprecedented information about Jewish religious and political life in Palestine during the turbulent late Second Temple Period (200 B.C. to A.D. 70), a time of great corruption and conflict under Roman rule in Palestine. Scholars estimate that the Dead Sea Scrolls were hidden in A.D. 68, when Roman legions reached the Dead Sea during the emperor Vespasian's campaign to Jericho.

The scrolls also shed light on the time when Jesus and John the Baptist lived and early Christians began to organize. Specifically, they offer evidence that early Christian beliefs and practices had precedents in the Jewish sects of the time. Sectarian scrolls tell of people who, like the early Christians, did not believe in the Temple worship of the Pharisees, people who had their own literature, their own rituals-including baptism-and their own beliefs, most significantly beliefs in a messiah, a divine judgment, and an apocalypse. Three different scrolls depict a sacred meal of bread and wine. These similarities as well as parallels between the literary style of certain scrolls and that of the New Testament have led some scholars to claim that Jesus and John the Baptist were either part of or strongly influenced by a sect at the Dead Sea.

Debate has furthered speculation about the historical Jesus, such as the claim that he was a Zealot rather than a pacifist, a theory that does not fit with New Testament tradition but does fit with the history of this period. And one of the most important discoveries in the scrolls has been the use of the name Son of God to refer to someone other than Jesus, implying a cultural use of the term that was not itself synonymous with God.

Islam

The Crusades (1095 -1398) were a series of Christian military expeditions to reclaim the Holy Land from the Muslims. Muslims were considered infidels and a threat to Christianity in the East and the "peace of God" at home. Preachers of the crusade pleaded for all to participate in this holy cause, whether rich or poor, experienced in the military or not. With the cry "Deus Vult!" ("God wills it!") Christians slaughtered Muslims everywhere they went. The fighting was fierce, but the unsuspecting Muslims were no match for the bloodthirsty Crusaders, who killed not only fighting men, but also women and children.

ARE WE SEEING A REPEAT OF HISTORY ? The Crusades Lasted 300 years. Muslims today fight and die needlessly for a God who they believe will reward them for spreading Islam.

So what is the solution?

Some people quote the Bible as the gospel truth of God's words. Does that mean that they who use the Qur'an or other holy scriptures that were inspired by God are misguided ? One of our apparent reasons for being here is, in order to justify our beliefs even to ourselves, that we apply logic to our beliefs rather than blindly accept everything that we have read and been told.

Muhammad who lived during a turbulent time of history was the cause for the writings in the Qur'an. The goal of all of these "Men of God", who devoted most of their lives to preaching of God, was to help us to fashion our lives to be at peace with the Holy Spirit of God.

Muhammad was a farmer who one day walked into the desert and supposedly had a visit from an angel telling him "that Allah was the one true god." He was from Mecca and the inhabitants of Mecca and that region were astrologists.

The people of Mecca were particularly worshiping a meteorite that had landed in the town and they thought it was the moon god. People would visit Mecca from other towns and regions and that brought trade to Mecca.

Muhammad, an illiterate farmer, went back to Mecca and told them that there was only "One" true god and that he was Allah. The people of Mecca kicked him out and he went to the next town; there Muhammad convinced the people of Allah, raised an army and went back to Mecca. He then demanded that the people worship Allah. So the people asked who Allah was, Muhammad then pointed to the meteorite and said " that is from Allah."

Eventually Muhammad's spirit, through meditation, interacted with the Spirit of God and Muhammad interpreted this interaction to the best of his abilities. He dictated the Qur'an and began convincing others to believe in his God/Allah.

From: THE BIBLE AND THE QUR'AN

AN HISTORICAL COMPARISON

http://www.debate.org.uk/topics/history/bib-qur/contents.htm

From the Conclusions section:

5) that Muhammad was not known as the seal of prophets until the late seventh century;

6) that the earliest we even hear of any Qur'an is not until the mid-eighth century;

7) and that the earliest Qur'anic writings do not coincide with the current Qur'anic text. All of this data contradicts the Qur'an which is in our possession, and adds to the suspicion that the Qur'an which we now read is NOT the same as that which was supposedly collated and canonized in 650 A.D. under Uthman, as Muslims contend (if indeed it even existed at that time). One can only assume that there must have been an evolution in the Qur'anic text. Consequently, the sole thing we can say with a certainty is that only the documents which we now possess (from 790 A.D. onwards) are the same as that which is in our hands today, written not 16 years after Muhammad's death but 160 years later, and thus not 1,400 years ago, but only 1,200 years ago.

The orthodox Muslim view of the Qur'an as self-evidently the Word of God, perfect and inimitable in message, language, style, and form, is strikingly similar to the fundamentalist Christian notion of the Bible's "inerrancy" and "verbal inspiration" that is still common in many places today.

In 1972, during the restoration of the Great Mosque of Sana'a, in Yemen, laborers working in a loft between the structure's inner and outer roofs stumbled across an unappealing mash of old parchment and paper documents -- damaged books and individual pages of Arabic text, fused together by centuries of rain and dampness, gnawed into over the years by rats and insects. Intent on completing the task at hand, the laborers gathered up the manuscripts, pressed them into some twenty potato sacks.

Some of the parchment pages in the Yemeni hoard seemed to date back to the seventh and eighth centuries A.D., or Islam's first two centuries -- they were fragments, in other words, of perhaps the oldest Qur'an in existence. What's more, some of these fragments revealed small but intriguing aberrations from the standard Qur'anic text. Such aberrations, though not surprising to textual historians, are troublingly at odds with the orthodox Muslim belief that the Koran as it has reached us today is quite simply the perfect, timeless, and unchanging Word of God.

The mainly secular effort to reinterpret the Koran -- in part based on textual evidence such as that provided by the Yemeni fragments -- is disturbing and offensive to many Muslims, just as attempts to reinterpret the Bible and the life of Jesus are disturbing and offensive to many conservative Christians.

Nevertheless, there are scholars, Muslims among them, who feel that such an effort, which amounts essentially to placing the Koran in history, will provide fuel for an Islamic revival of sorts -- a re-appropriation of tradition, a going forward by looking back. Thus far confined to scholarly argument, this sort of thinking can be nonetheless very powerful and -- as the histories of the Renaissance and the Reformation demonstrate -- can lead to major social change. The Qur'an, after all, is currently the world's most ideologically influential text.

It is the antiquated belief of gullible people in a God or Allah who think that they must do anything in their power to please God. There are over one billion Muslims, many with the same mind-set. In many regions radical Muslims have ambitions to spread Islam by whatever means that is at their disposal because "this is what Allah or God has commanded" according to Islam, hence there is often conflict with many of their neighbors.

To really understand Islam, I suggest reading about the life of "Muhammad" by Karen Armstrong, it will give one an insight of the founder of Islam.

The only way to eradicate the constant strife between the Muslims, Christians and Jews is for ALL religions to perceive Allah or God as being rational and logical; this would bring everyone's concept of God into the 21st Century.

Bahaism - Bahá'u'lláh

Many philosophers and I highly respect the teachings of Bahá'u'lláh. He taught that there is one God Who progressively reveals His will to humanity. Each of the great religions brought by the Messengers of God - Moses, Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, Jesus, Muhammad - represents a successive stage in the spiritual development of civilization.

Bahá'u'lláh followers believe that he was the most recent Messenger in this line "to that date". He brought teachings that address the moral and spiritual challenges of what was considered the modern world during his lifetime, 1817-1892.

The Baha'i Faith began in Persia in 1844 when a man who called Himself the Bab ("the Gate") arose to proclaim a new revelation from God and the coming of the Promised One of all religions. He was imprisoned after a few years and then executed in 1850 for these teachings, which many Islamic leaders considered heretical. Bahá'u'lláh spent 40 years teaching His message of peace and unity, for which He was repeatedly imprisoned, banished, and under the threat of death from members of His own family. He died near Haifa, Israel, in 1892. Baha'i World Center is now located nearby, on Mt. Carmel.

Baha'u'llah's message is, at its root, simple: God is one, all religions are one because they all were established by God's Messengers and humanity is one. Individually, our purpose in life is to acquire perfections, or spiritual qualities, so that when we die we might "ascend" to the next world in a state of purity and enjoy closeness with God. Collectively, this is the time for humanity to finally achieve the dream of world unity and world peace.

Hinduism & Buddhism

Many Hindu and Buddhist sects believe in reincarnation which is a rebirth of the soul. While I do not subscribe to that principle, I highly respect their philosophy.

Once the soul is born, it either continues it's journey with God in eternity or it dies. Reincarnation is the embellishment of a vivid imagination.

The subconscious mental process sometimes during a state of revival projects images such as those recalled in dreams to the conscious forefront of the mind. These images can at times be subconsciously transmitted to another individual, though being contingent on the reception capabilities of the receiver. Evidence of this has been shown by closely related persons, such as between mother and child or twins. Similarly, when someone emphatically desires attention or wishes to be elevated from their meager surroundings, the subconscious mind can sometimes project visions, the same as the prophets or so-called Holy Men physically claiming to having conferred with God; Self hypnosis is also a feasible explanation.

Our spirit is the only one capable of receiving inspiration or capable of establishing lines of communication with the Spirit of God. Our "deserving" spirit or soul, at a point of physical imminent death, enters the spiritual realm to be with the Supreme Spirit, (God, or whatever one desires to call him/it) which is a spiritual collective society of souls or spirits, a government, consisting of Pure Intelligence, Pure Logic, the Ultimate or Supreme Spirit.

Any soul or spirit, upon a person's physical death, that does not bond or is not transmitted by us and received by The Supreme Spirit, ceases to exist. The Law of Karma provides the essentials for preparing our spirit to be bonded with The Supreme Spirit; it is the principle and law of nature or the natural world.

Understanding the Law of Karma requires deep meditation whereby the spirit can receive inspiration and enlightenment. Good karma helps to cleanse our spirit so that it can be transmitted; it helps by establishing lines of communications so that the spirit or soul can be received by The Supreme Spirit.

Souls do not come back on Earth to pay for their misdeeds or to enjoy benefits of good deeds. People who are born with defects, die young sometimes, go through pain in life or are born as princess or share name and fame has nothing to do with any spiritual influences.

This thought process was established through superstitions and is similar to the beliefs of religions who think that God punishes or rewards people in similar ways.

Sufferings sometimes help our spirit to meditate, reflect, contemplate, think about establishing a closer relationship to the Ultimate or Supreme Spirit; this process can also be achieved through joy, happiness or bliss, as when experiencing ecstasy.

The person is an illusion only in virtual reality, not in actual reality. Existence is reality. When existence ceases, that what remains is an illusion in the physical dimension, or to the mind. The Ultimate Reality is spiritual and an illusion to the physical reality.

Prophets

Prophecies were told by ALL who preached about God in the Middle Ages. It was a way preachers (called Prophet) could scare people into believing them; by making predictions that in this day and age is considered fraught by naught but superstition.

The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition. 200

Prophecies:

1.Characterized by vision or foresight. 2a. Having the nature of fantasies or dreams; illusory. b. Existing in imagination only; imaginary. 3a. Characterized by or given to apparitions, prophecies, or revelations. b. Given to daydreams or reverie; dreamy. 4a. Not practicable or realizable; utopian: visionary schemes for getting rich. b. Tending to envision things in perfect but unrealistic form; idealistic.

Inflected forms: pl. vi·sion·ar·ies 1. One who is given to impractical or speculative ideas; a dreamer. 2. One who has visions; a seer.

Examples:

Deuteronomy 18:20, But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded him to say, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death."

Deuteronomy 13:5, That prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he preached rebellion against the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery.

Genesis 20:7, Now return the man's wife, for he is a prophet, and he will pray for you and you will live. But if you do not return her, you may be sure that you and all yours will die."

1 Samuel 9:9, Formerly in Israel, if a man went to inquire of God, he would say, "Come, let us go to the seer," because the prophet is called a seer.

1 Kings 16:12, So Zimri destroyed the whole family of Baasha, in accordance with the word of the Lord spoken against Baasha through the prophet Jehu-

1 Kings 18:4, While Jezebel was killing off the Lord 's prophets, Obadiah had taken a hundred prophets and hidden them in two caves, fifty in each.

About The Author

Kurt Kawohl was born on 8-14-1941 in Kantweinen, Germany, which is now located in Lithuania and lies in the eastern Europe, on the coast of the Baltic Sea. In the north Lithuania borders with Latvia, in the east and south with Byelorussia, in the south-west with Poland and with the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation.

Lithuania was independent between the two World Wars, was considered a part of Germany from 1940 to 1941 and then annexed by the USSR at the end of 1941. On March 11, 1990 Lithuania became the first of the Soviet republics to declare its independence, but this proclamation was not generally recognized until September of 1991 (following the abortive coup in Moscow). The last Russian troops withdrew in 1993. Lithuania subsequently has restructured its economy for eventual integration into Western European institutions.

In 1944 the Kawohl family along with many Lithuanians who resisted Russian occupation fled to Germany. In 1950 the Kawohl family immigrated to the USA and lived in Chicago, Illinois.

After graduating from Chicago Vocational High School where Kurt completed a two year course in Aircraft Power Plant Mechanics, he along with his brother and cousin joined the US Army in 1960. Upon completing his Basic Training in Fort Leonard Woods, Missouri, Kurt was stationed in Kitzingen, Germany where he met the girl of his dreams, married her and now after 41 years is still together with her and more in love than ever with his beautiful German wife Inge.

Kurt now resides in California and is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker. He has two beautiful married daughters and three grandchildren who live nearby.

He and his wife have a very close relationship with their children and grandchildren. Kurt's oldest daughter and his son-in-law, the husband from the younger daughter, are licensed Real Estate Sales agents under his broker license.

"I have been truly blessed" Kurt remarks, "God's inspirations and blessings are available to all who seek them. Our lives may come with many bumps and bruises but we should always look forward towards a major goal that we want to achieve and strive to attain it "One day at a time".
