This is not a bad paper. I would recheck some of your facts. Not positive that they are all correct. But overall it gives the reader a good concept of Hinduism.

For an 8th grade paper, this is a very well written paper. It is a very good feeling to see someone who has an understanding on the true meaning behind Christmas. Keep up the good work

I understand why the grade for this paper was given. The writer needs to spend time in gaining a better understanding what the definition of Religion is all about and what it really means to Study Religion.

The paper has several wonderful questions, but the writer doesn't answer them. Overall this paper is not a bad resource for someone writing a similar paper.

The overall argument of the paper is excellent.I agree that the government has no place in this decision( this includes the performance of a marriage by a mayor or judge), but I believe that all marriages should take place in the tradition of a religious setting. Marriage is a sacred ritual and is governed under religious law.The flow of this paper could have been better. Your thoughts on this issue were very interesting.
