"By recognizing that we do this we can improve are selves be reversing the thoughts that lower are self esteem." I found nothing wrong with the essay except that the "Are" in this sentence is supposed to be "our" common error...other than that...good job:)

It is easier to read text in paragraphs than in one big clump... I kept on loosing my spot... you should work on it... and in the end get better marks. Everything else is a-ok! Loved the writing.
