1)Communication is one the basic functions of management in any organization.Explain how communications flow and their advantages within organizations from the perspective of a middle manager.
Introduction
Communication plays a very important role in the management of an organization. It is a process which is an activity that server to connect sender and receiver of message through space and time. In other word, it is a transmission interaction of facts, ideas, opinions, feelings and attitudes. Without an effective communication flow,assignment of basic function management ( planning,organizing,directing and controlling )cannot be performed well. Information flows in an organization both formally and informally. Feedback can be obtained and misunderstandings if any can be avoided. Communication gaps should not occur in any organization.
