Amazon, an American multinational company with headquarters in Seattle, has become one of the largest retailer and largest companies in the world in the field of Internet business. 1995th Amazon began to engage in online sales of books, and soon business spread to distribute VHS, DVD, CD, MP3, computer software, video games, as well as furniture, food, and toys.�

Even Amazon is one of the most popular online retailers and it has a huge number of customers, they constantly have to try to find new customers, keep the old and make them satisfied.
