According to Jones (2007). "An entrepreneur is the person ready to supply the enterprise, that is, the hard-to-define mixture of energy, boldness, courage, expertise, insight, and often ruthlessness necessary to acquire productive resources; and combine and use them efficiently and effectively; to take advantage of business opportunities to create goods and services; that customers want to buy and which creates profit." (Chapter 3). There are different types of entrepreneurial opportunities, the three main types are commerce, occupational, and organizational. The role of the entrepreneur in my company will that of organizational. They will provide the company with all needed resource, such as where to purchase items at their cheapest but bet quality, what the cost of the item in the business should be based on research, setting up the property to fit the customers, as well as to maintain and beat out the competitions prices.

There are three main levels to managers. Top managers, middle managers, and first-line managers. The role of my top manager will be to oversee and be responsible for developing the company's business model, they will be there to overlook the company as in its integrity, and when all else fells, be there to make decisions the middle or first-line managers can't. The middle manager will be there to look over things bought up by the first-line manager. This manager will make next to the final decision, and will be more of a supervisor to the first-line manager.
