Salsa.

Salsa is a popular form of social dance that originated in New York with strong influences from Latin America, particularly Cuba and Puerto Rico. The movements of salsa have its origins in Cuban and incorporated elements of Swing dancing and Hustle, as well as elements of Afro Cuban and Afro Caribbean dances such as Guaguanco and Pa changa. There is some controversy surrounding the origins of the word salsa but I believe the term came because salsa dancing and music is a mixture of different styles, just like salsa or "sauce" in Latin American countries is a mixture of different ingredients. In Cuba the Salsa dancing is knowing as Casino for the place how everybody goes to dance it. The Cubans make the Salsa part of their life. We got many places to go just for dancing Salsa.

Ours Events, Festivals, and Activities are not good if their do not put Salsa music. Every Cuban know how dance Salsa, it does not matter what age or gender. We got that music in our blood. For instance, I think being prepared to dancing salsa correctly is very important, to enjoy it better and to let the body do its job.

First thing they have to do to dance Salsa correctly is find a correct environment for they propose. The most common areas are night clubs, bars, ballrooms, restaurants, and Festivals. But the place is not as important as what kind of floor is there. For example, if the floor has grass, it would be impossible to dance. If the floor is extremely slippery, it could be dangerous. But if the floor has no holes, roughness, or hills and it is mostly smooth, this would be...
