Unfortunately, I think this was written by someone with a biased opinion. I respect the authors point of view but think there should have been more facts to justify the opinion.

This essay offered some good insight on what actually goes on in the workplace and a perspective that I think most people have probably never considered. The idea that employees are being looked on as consumers and decisions and processes are made through this point of view is a very intersting thought.

I liked this I thought the author did a great job of actually bringing ou in and seeing the home through the vivid description.

There were a couple of grammatical errors and I think that it would have been nice to see some of the opinions backed up by facts. Particularly with issues like obesity being an overwhelming issue in today's society it would be nice to hear the authors take on that topic. I just think it can't be a well written piece without comparing positive vs negative.

This essay is well written. I think this is a highly important issue and the author regards it as such and recommends excellent strategies to assist in dealing with conflict.

I think this is a great essay very thoroughly though out and written and well researched. It clearly discusses and compares and and new thinking about leadership.
