  • Nicely written

The essay brilliantly highlights the problems that having a vague definition of sexual harassment creates - anyone can create almost any interpretation to suit their needs. Ultimately it becomes a tool for exploitation rather than as a deterrent for unwanted (sexual) attention. The essay highlights what needs to be done to prevent that sorry day from being a reality.

  • In parts, well written, but could have been better

The article started out well but over the course, it painted a mostly one sided account. Arguments were given about it being necessary and how it made the country better but the negatives were just glossed over. For an essay about the necessity of the Revolution, I would have expected a fair evaluation of the positives and negatives before the verdict of it being necessary or not was handed out. We have the advantage of hindsight with us, you should have used that.

  • Could have been made more engaging

It feels like something that has been started well, but not finished. One liner descriptions do not really appeal when reading. It could be fleshed out better by including some snippets from history as to the importance of the Church or in what ways the Sunday Mass is the main attraction. Plus I am sure the stories of the Savoyard would have been exciting to read.

  • Well written, but feels fragmented

Well researched and well written topic covering the various species and ecosystems. But some context as to how these fit together would have made for a more compelling read.

  • Well structured and written

The essay is well written and easy to read. And it documents well the composers of the era. I would have liked it to go a bit more into the signature of the compositions of the era, not just the composers. Still, a good write up.

  • Well written essay, but not befitting the title.

Well written essay about the causes and a brief solution has been proposed. But what I find lacking is its relevance to the title. The essay is about the damaging effects of pollution. The essay gives more stress on causes of pollution rather than its effects. There are only four or five lines describing the effects - "These noxious vapors can slowly decline lung health, which can cause lung cancer, and destroy the earth's atmosphere" (2nd para), "Dumping hot water can cause algae overgrowth that can blanket the surface of lakes, ponds or bay areas. The algae blanket covers light that is needed for healthy plant and nutrient growth"(4th para), "Pollutants can cause bacteria growth and disease." (4th para) and some unsubstantiated claims like "this and this contaminates soil or water". For an article on the effects of pollution, I would have expected a deeper explanation of how that contamination is damaging. The essay falls well short in that regard.

  • A good imagination of space colonization, well supported by facts

Nicely structured, and a well flowing read. The problems are well laid out and the imagining of the new world outside world feels realistic and not outlandish science fiction.

  • Well written review of the book

The essay follows an engrossing narrative style and in a concise way captures the story of the book as well as the essence the book communicates.

  • Reason for the grade being unspecified

The reason the grade is left as unspecified because the essay wasn't a homework assignment, and was never graded as such. I just wrote it because many persons (CS and IT students) are confused about the workflow involved in designing programming languages, and asking questions like "If a C compiler is needed to compile a C program, how was the C compiler written?". In the hope that it helps others with such queries, I am making it available here.

  • Too brief to be of any real use

The essay specifies the documents and workflows that go into creating a model, but not much (except for the names) of the entities that make up the model. Nothing about the what the entities do, nor about any rules of their creation and relationship to each other. Nor anything about any precautions to take so as not to overuse them to such an extent that their purpose is defeated.

  • Befitting for the times

At a time when the media is busy projecting unrealistic ideals for beauty and the lifestyle industry in turn reaping in profits by making people chase those impossible dreams, such essays provide a reality check. Tackling the fads one by one and exposing their fallacy, I believe, is of utmost important today, so that the corporations cannot take the people's hard earned money for a ride. This essays is very effective in this regard. With a mix of statistics and commentary on how these fads exploit the psyche of those susceptible, it brings forward the dangers of what these fads - and the glitzy ads promising the one magic thing that turns anyone's life into that of Cinderella's (which remain as elusive despite all those ads) - can do. This essay is as informative as it is entertaining.

  • Well-written, but some facts stand out as odd

An well written essay, to say the least. But being a Hindu myself, some facts do stand out as odd. "The three primary deities of Hinduism are, Shakti, divine feminine, Vishnu, protector of all things, Shiva, creator and destroyer of all living things." (second para). Since childhood, I have been told that the primary deities are the Trinity - Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesvara (Shiva). With respect to "The Hindu deities' number over 330 million", I can say that the number of deities are fairly large, but have never heard of a number so large. Also, it could be mentioned that there is no initiation ceremony to be considered a Hindu.

  • Well structured and written, but could use a proof-reading

Congratulations on an essay well written. Its pretty evident you have researched well to come up with a write up that easily mixes statistics and personal experience to form an interesting read. However, it could do with some proof-reading. That would weed out the typos like "Since there was a multitide of different races and cultures in my school" in 1st paragraph (should be "multitude" not "multitide") or "A male caucasian student in our school brough cards and fliers" (should be "brought" not "brough"), or "Most every channel on my television features many Caucasians employed as actors" (should be "Almost" not "Most") and others. Also that you were never on the wrong side of racial discrimination has been repeated two or three times. Twice in the second para itself and again in the third one. That makes it one sore point.
